What We Offer

One on one coaching and mentoring

9 month comprehensive Successful Start training program including advanced color, in depth extensions, innovative hair loss solutions, and business education.

​$15 an hour during apprenticeship hours. 28-30 hours a week.

Opportunity to begin building clientele early in program with option to sign on as a commission stylist upon completion of training program.

Commission + tips on behind the chair days during apprenticeship. 8 hours a week (flexible).

Higher Commission and hours after signing on as a commission stylist.

Opportunity to earn advanced education bonuses after 1 year of employment.
