I'm so excited that you've found me and are thinking of visiting me in the studio. I know we are going to hit it off cause we already have one thing in common, blonde is our favorite color.

So, if you've got a few minutes, I ask that you please follow the link at the bottom of this box and fill out my color consultation questionnaire. I will follow up with a full consultation response including timing, estimated cost, services to book, outcome expectations, and a maintenance plan. Just to ensure we have a solid game plan for your visit and to make you feel super comfortable before we begin!
If you're interested in hair extensions, we also need to consult but it will have to be done in the studio.
Consultations for hair extensions can only be done in person so that I can accurately color match and recommend the best method of installation and quantity for your hair and desired look.
Once you have your custom appointment game plan and you are ready to schedule the suggested services, you can utilize my online booking site!
My online booking site is super convenient and easy to use. Simply select the service(s) you'd like to book then the next page will show you all of the openings for that time. Select whatever opening works best for you, then you'll just need to input your contact info and submit! If you ever need to cancel or change an appointment you can do it through the confirmation link that is sent to you after you book.
The week of your appointment you will receive an email with detailed directions to the building and parking instructions. I am currently asking all guests to wait in your car and text me upon your arrival so I can let you know when I am ready to meet you at the entrance and guide you my room. We are also currently requiring everyone to wear a mask inside the building. You will be reminded of this in the email as well.
I do my best to run on schedule for all my guests, so please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule.
For your first visit I will greet you at the door and guide you to my studio where you can lay down your belongings before proceeding with a tour of our building to familiarize you with the layout so you never feel lost (it's a big place)! Finally you will get comfortable in my chair with some refreshments, where we will begin our in person refresher consultation. Once we are both comfortable with our plan we will begin your service with confidence and excitement for our final result.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hour notice is requested. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 25% fee per service cancelled does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. A 50% fee per service cancelled will apply for services cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having concerns with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to make adjustments to remedy the issue at no additional charge. This offer will be void if you have other services performed on your hair either by another stylist or yourself after you received your services with me. All service sales are non-refundable.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Sealed, unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Opened and/ or slightly used product can be returned for a full retail credit within 14 days of purchase. All tools and brushes are final sale. dpHUE products are final sale.
Due to the popularity and limited availability of Saturday appointments there is an additional 10% premium on Saturday appointments.
