I'm so excited that you've found me and are thinking of visiting me in the studio. If you've made it this far into my world I just know we are going to get along well.
It's my goal to make your experience with me the best salon experience you've ever had!
So, if you've got a few minutes, I ask that you please follow the link at the bottom of this box and fill out my Color Consultation Form or Extension Pre- Consultation Form so I can better understand your color and/or extension goals. I will follow up within 2 business days (typically much sooner) with steps on how to schedule your appointment.
The week of your appointment you will receive an email with detailed directions to the building and parking instructions. I am currently asking all guests to wait in your car and text me upon your arrival so I can let you know when I am ready to meet you at the entrance and guide you my room.
I do my best to run on schedule for all my guests, so please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule.
For your first visit I will greet you at the door and guide you to my studio where you can lay down your belongings before proceeding with a tour of our building to familiarize you with the layout so you never feel lost (it's a big place)! Finally you will get comfortable in my chair with some refreshments, where we will begin our in person refresher consultation. Once we are both comfortable with our plan we will begin your service with confidence and excitement for our final result.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hour notice is requested. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% fee per service cancelled does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
If you fail to show up to your appointment without any notice I will not be able to accommodate you in the future and your card will automatically be charged the cancellation fee.
Exceptions will be made for genuine emergencies.

If you are having concerns with your color or extensions, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to make adjustments to remedy the issue at no additional charge.
This offer will be void if you have other services performed on your hair either by another stylist or yourself after you received your services with me. All service sales are non-refundable.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Sealed, unopened product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Opened and/ or slightly used product can be returned for a full retail credit within 14 days of purchase. All tools and brushes are final sale.
